For individual reservations, The Hut Retreat Srl policy assumes:
Advance payment 30% of the value of your vacation.
You may cancel the reservation without a fee up to 7 days before the day of arrival. The advance payment is returned within a maximum of 15 days from the confirmation of the cancellation.
For a cancellation later than 7 days before arrival, but up to 2 days (48h) before arrival (maximum 18:00 on the day of accommodation), the value of the first night’s accommodation will be withheld.
In case of no-show on the day of the reservation (we expect you until 7:00 p.m.) or of cancellation within less than 48 hours, the entire value of the reservation will be charged: part from the prepayment done, part by invoicing the additional amount. In case of no-show, the property will cancel the reservation for the room/rooms in question.

Check-in: between 15:00 and 18:00 / Check-out: until 11:00

The following are considered confirmed reservations:
– any booking request sent through the reservation channels, subject to confirmation by our unit via the email address fantanele@thehutretreat.com
– any confirmation sent through the online booking platform such as www.booking.com or similar ones
Reservations are considered guaranteed upon prepayment of 30% of the total amount within 48 hours, from the date of booking confirmation otherwise, the reservation will be canceled automatically.
In the case of reduction of stay announced by customers during their stay, The Hut Retreat reserves the right to withold damages
the value of unconsumed reservations, based on the point-by-point evaluation of each situation.

Parking
Parking is free, within the limits of available places.

Smoking, vaping, hookah use
Are prohibited inside the location, except for the outside spaces furnished/ equipped with ashtrays.
The Hut Retreat SRL reserves the right to ask customers who do not comply with this obligation to leave the location.

Pets
Pets can visit us, with the prior approval of the THR team, based on the size and specificity of each case.

Safety of personal items
The video monitored spaces are the parking lot and the yard of the location in order to protect people and goods of the property.
If personal belongings of the tourists are found in the rooms or in the common areas, they will be sent by paid courier at the mentioned address.

Parties
Parties are allowed inside our facility. Outside, please keep in mind reasonable limits such as time and sound level, without disturbing the neighbours.

Guarantees
Accommodation is done based on the identity document (identity card, passport, birth certificate in the case of children) and the completion of the registration forms.
Any minor/major damage will be announced to The Hut Retreat representative immediately after emerge, not later than check-out, in order to establish the method of compensation.
